Kim Jang-Dok Kimchi is 100% domestically produced. We manage the cultivation of raw materials through thorough contract cultivation, and we supply Chinese cabbages with thin greens and high sugar content through carefully selected production areas.

In addition, subsidiary materials (radish, red pepper powder, ginger, garlic, green onion, onion) have undergone thorough warehousing inspection even if they have a certificate of origin, and only the best quality is in stock.

Salted shrimp and salted anchovy are salted with Gomsohang, and salt from Shinan-gun, sea salt, and other reliable ingredients are used.

As such, we are producing finished products of kimchi through balanced seasoning formulations from stocking, pre-treatment and pickling using local specialties, and making hygienic and safe kimchi under strict quality inspection (HACCP) management.
