In addition, subsidiary materials (radish, red pepper powder, ginger, garlic, green onion, onion) have undergone thorough warehousing inspection even if they have a certificate of origin, and only the best quality is in stock.
Salted shrimp and salted anchovy are salted with Gomsohang, and salt from Shinan-gun, sea salt, and other reliable ingredients are used.
As such, we are producing finished products of kimchi through balanced seasoning formulations from stocking, pre-treatment and pickling using local specialties, and making hygienic and safe kimchi under strict quality inspection (HACCP) management.
